§ Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cek333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or makes use of any service offered through the cek333 website and its associated mobile interfaces. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or engaging with any game or promotional offer on cek333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the binding agreement between you and cek333. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

cek333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this document:

• Platform

  The cek333 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at cek333.bet and any subdomain thereof.

• Account

  The personal, non-transferable user account created by a registered Player, used to access Platform services, manage BDT wallet balances, and place wagers.

• Player / User

  Any natural person aged 21 years or above who has successfully registered an Account and whose registration has been verified and approved by cek333.

• BDT Wallet

  The Bangladeshi Taka (৳) denominated virtual wallet held within a Player's Account, used exclusively for deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the Platform.

• Bonus Funds

  Any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms distinct from real-money balances.

• Wagering Requirement

  The number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

• Prohibited Territory

  Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an Account on cek333 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by cek333 for any violation of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or while using the Platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of cek333 or any affiliated entity.
• The funds you deposit are your own lawfully obtained money and are not derived from any criminal or fraudulent activity.
• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

Each Player may hold only one Account on cek333. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. cek333 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations, including checks on email address, mobile number, device fingerprint, and payment method.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. cek333 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether or not you authorised that activity.

• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• You must notify cek333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You must not share, transfer, sell, or assign your Account or Account credentials to any other person.
• cek333 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA); we strongly encourage all Players to enable this feature.
• cek333 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on cek333 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). cek333 does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for understanding and bearing any such third-party fees.

Deposits: Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your BDT Wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. cek333 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time and will communicate such changes via the Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes for mobile financial service (MFS) transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cek333 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to verification of any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds.
• cek333 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending the outcome of an account review or identity verification check.
• Accounts with a zero-activity period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; dormant account policies, including any applicable administrative fee, will be communicated separately.
• Fraudulent, reversed, or disputed payment transactions will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cek333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cek333 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain jackpot slots, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and their contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet: While an active wagering requirement is attached to your Account, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per round applies to all games unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: cek333 uses automated monitoring to detect irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any Account found to be abusing bonuses will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to Account closure.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of a current bonus will void the current bonus unless the promotion terms expressly provide otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6 Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all Players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on cek333. Violation of any of these provisions may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misquoted odds — Players are required to report such errors immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location concealment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward cek333 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing another person to use your Account credentials.

7 Game Rules & Sports Betting

All casino games available on cek333 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual games — are governed by the individual rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's in-interface rules and any promotional material, the in-interface rules take precedence.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other events, are governed by cek333's sports betting rules. Key principles include:

• Settlement: Markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). cek333 reserves the right to void markets where the result cannot be confirmed from an official source.
• Void Bets: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play odds are updated in real time. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. cek333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Palpable Errors: Any odds that are clearly erroneous (materially incorrect due to a technical or human error) will be voided; bets placed at palpably incorrect odds will be settled at the correct market price or voided at cek333's discretion.
• Maximum Payout: Individual market payouts are subject to maximum limits published on the sports betting section of the Platform. No single payout will exceed the stated maximum regardless of the odds at which a bet was placed.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cek333 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of cek333 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any cek333 intellectual property.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cek333 content without prior written consent.
• The cek333 brand name and logo may not be used in any promotional, commercial, or public-facing context without explicit written authorisation.
• Third-party game content (e.g., Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Spribe titles) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by cek333 under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cek333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if cek333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cek333 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, and network disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. cek333 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

cek333's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

cek333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how long we retain it. cek333 does not sell personal data to third parties.

We may share data with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and card networks Visa and Mastercard) strictly to the extent necessary to process transactions. We may also share data with identity verification and anti-fraud service providers as part of our compliance obligations.

12 Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing an Account closure request, cek333 will verify your identity, settle any outstanding wagers, and process withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance subject to verification requirements and these Terms.

cek333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• cek333 has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• The Account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Continuation of the Account relationship would expose cek333 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Account holder requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming framework.

Where an Account is closed by cek333 due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned following the conclusion of any investigation, less any amounts owed to cek333.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, cek333 encourages Players to contact our support team in the first instance. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.

To raise a formal complaint, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your Account username, a description of the issue, the date(s) involved, and any supporting documentation. cek333 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

cek333 does not accept liability for any loss arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted by local law. It remains your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local regulations before accessing the Platform.

14 Changes to These Terms

cek333 may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless an urgent change is required to address a legal, regulatory, or security matter in which case we may act with less notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.
